Instructions 

  1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  2. Mash the avocados in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, and a splash of lemon juice if using.
  3. Spread the mashed avocado evenly on the toasted bread slices.
  4. Sprinkle vegan feta cheese on top.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and add red pepper flakes if desired.
