Main Ingredients
- 2 avocados, ripe but firm
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit, and then slice each half into wedges.
Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with almond milk, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Dip each avocado wedge into the flour, then the almond milk, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Place the coated avocado wedges on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
