Main Ingredients
- 1 Avocado peeled and pitted
- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoon Tahini
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 Lemon juiced
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Water as needed
1. In a food processor, combine avocado, chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
2. Blend until smooth, adding water as needed to reach desired consistency.
3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
4. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
