  • 2 slices Bread Whole grain or your choice
  • 1 Avocado Ripe
  • 4 tablespoon Hummus
  • 1 pinch Salt To taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper To taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Toast the bread slices to your desired level of crispiness.
  2. 2. While the bread is toasting, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Mash it with a fork until smooth.
  3. 3. Spread 2 tablespoons of hummus on each slice of toasted bread.
  4. 4. Top the hummus with the mashed avocado, spreading it evenly.
  5. 5. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and black pepper on top of each toast.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
