- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup water optional, for desired consistency
1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
2. Add the lime juice, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, and salt to the blender.
3. Blend until smooth. Add water if needed to reach desired consistency.
4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
5. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
