- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon salt
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced avocados, diced mango, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, jalapeño, and salt.
2. Gently toss everything together until well mixed.
3. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
