Main Ingredients
- 12 oz Pasta any type
- 2 Ripe Avocados peeled and pitted
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup Basil fresh, chopped
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a blender, combine avocados, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, basil, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
3. Toss the cooked pasta with the avocado sauce until well coated.
4. Serve immediately, garnished with additional basil if desired.
