Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz Pasta any type
  • 2 Avocados ripe, diced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Lime juiced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced avocados, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
  3. 3. Add the cooked pasta to the bowl with the vegetables.
  4. 4. Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Toss everything together until well combined. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for later.
