  • 2 Avocados diced
  • 1 Tomato diced
  • ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
  • 1 Cucumber diced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine diced avocados, tomato, red onion, and cucumber.
