Main Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 lime juiced
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
1. Cut avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
2. In a blender, combine avocado, vegetable broth, garlic, lime juice, and cilantro.
3. Blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
