Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes (in oil), chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • Optional Red pepper flakes

Instructions 

  1. Toast the bread slices to your liking.
  2. While the bread is toasting, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash it with a fork until smooth.
  3. Spread the mashed avocado evenly on the toasted bread slices.
  4. Top with chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
