  • 1 Avocado ripe
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Toast the bread slices to your desired level of crispiness.
  2. 2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  3. 3. Mash the avocado with a fork or spoon until smooth. Add lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. 4. Spread the avocado mixture evenly on the toasted bread slices.
  5. 5. Sprinkle red pepper flakes on top if using. Serve immediately.
