Main Ingredients
- 2 slices Whole grain bread
- 1 Avocado
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
3. Mash the avocado with a fork or spoon until smooth.
4. Add salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to the mashed avocado and mix well.
5. Spread the avocado mixture evenly onto the toasted bread slices.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
