Avocado Toast With Microgreens

Main Ingredients
- 2 slices Whole grain bread
- 1 Ripe avocado
- 1 cup Microgreens
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
1. Toast the bread slices to your liking.
2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
3. Mash the avocado with a fork and mix in the lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
4. Spread the mashed avocado evenly on the toasted bread slices.
5. Top with microgreens and serve immediately.
