Main Ingredients
- 2 slices Whole grain bread
- 1 Avocado ripe
- 1 Tomato medium, sliced
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Olive oil optional
1. Toast the bread slices to your desired level of crispiness.
2. While the bread is toasting, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Mash it with a fork until smooth.
3. Spread the mashed avocado evenly onto the toasted bread slices.
4. Top the avocado with tomato slices.
5. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste. Drizzle with olive oil if using.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
