Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup Vegan cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Vegan bacon bits
  • 2 cups Unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons Vegan butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a pot, melt the vegan butter over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk until smooth.
  3. 3. Gradually add the almond milk, whisking constantly until the mixture thickens.
  4. 4. Stir in the shredded vegan cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. 5. Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir to combine.
  6. 6. Fold in the vegan bacon bits. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
