Bacon Cheese Fries Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes cut into fries
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup vegan cheese shredded
- 1 cup vegan bacon bits
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with vegan cheese and bacon bits.
Return to the oven for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
