  • 4 large potatoes cut into fries
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup vegan cheese shredded
  • 1 cup vegan bacon bits
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with vegan cheese and bacon bits.
  6. Return to the oven for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
