Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice the dates lengthwise and remove the pits.
Cut the vegan bacon slices in half.
Wrap each date with a half slice of vegan bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Place the wrapped dates on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
