  • 16 pieces Medjool dates
  • 8 slices Vegan bacon

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Slice the dates lengthwise and remove the pits.
  4. Cut the vegan bacon slices in half.
  5. Wrap each date with a half slice of vegan bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  6. Place the wrapped dates on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
