  • 8 jalapeños halved and seeded
  • 1 cup vegan cream cheese
  • 8 slices vegan bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Fill each jalapeño half with vegan cream cheese.
  4. Wrap each filled jalapeño with a slice of vegan bacon.
  5. Place the wrapped jalapeños on the baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
