  • 1 cup Coconut Bacon
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a blender, combine coconut bacon, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
  2. 2. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. 3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Transfer to a saucepan and warm over low heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Serve warm or at room temperature over your favorite salad.
