Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeño Poppers Recipe

- 12 Jalapeños halved and seeded
- 8 oz Vegan cream cheese softened
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 12 slices Vegan bacon
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the vegan cream cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Fill each jalapeño half with the cream cheese mixture.
Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a slice of vegan bacon and secure with a toothpick if needed.
Place the wrapped jalapeños on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the jalapeños are tender.
Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
