  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs vegan
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed chickpeas, breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into tender shapes and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
