  • 1 cup Crushed bagel chips
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed bagel chips, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet.
  4. Press the bagel chip mixture onto the top of each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
