- 1 medium butternut squash peeled and cubed
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon paprika
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Peel and cube the butternut squash.
Toss squash with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Spread on a baking sheet.
