- 1 head Cauliflower cut into bite-sized florets
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- ½ cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to make a batter.
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Place the coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden and crispy.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
