Baked Haddock Recipe
A simple and delicious baked haddock recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Haddock
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 unit Lemon sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- to garnish Fresh Parsley chopped
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place haddock fillets in a baking dish.
Drizzle olive oil over the fillets.
Add lemon slices and minced garlic on top.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 20 minutes or until fish is flaky.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
