  • 4 Russet potatoes medium-sized
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Wash and dry the potatoes. Poke several holes in each potato with a fork.
  3. Rub each potato with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Wrap each potato in aluminum foil.
  5. Place the wrapped potatoes on the grill. Close the lid and cook for about 45 minutes, turning occasionally, until the potatoes are tender.
  6. Remove from the grill and let cool for a few minutes before unwrapping and serving.
