Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ziti pasta
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Vegan ricotta
  • 1 cup Vegan mozzarella, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ziti pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Add the marinara sauce, dried basil, and dried oregano to the saucepan. Stir well and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ziti pasta, marinara sauce, and vegan ricotta. Mix well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded vegan mozzarella.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
