- 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
Spread Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until tender and caramelized.
