  • 1 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar

Instructions 

  1. Combine balsamic vinegar and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir constantly until the sugar has dissolved.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for about 15 minutes, until the mixture has reduced by half and has a syrupy consistency.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool. The glaze will thicken as it cools.
