Main Ingredients
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- to taste salt and pepper
In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients until well combined.
Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
