- 4 cups cubed bread preferably stale
- 2 ripe bananas mashed
- 2 cups almond milk
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 pinch salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
Add the cubed bread to the bowl and mix until the bread is well-coated.
Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the pudding is set.
Let it cool slightly before serving.
