Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 Ripe Bananas mashed
  • ¼ cup Coconut Oil melted
  • ½ cup Maple Syrup
  • ¼ cup Almond Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 ¾ cups Whole Wheat Flour
  • ½ cup Walnuts chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
  3. Add the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the baking soda, salt, and whole wheat flour.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
  6. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  7. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Let the banana bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
