  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1 can (400ml) coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the coconut milk, cornstarch, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly until the mixture thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the mashed bananas.
  5. Pour the mixture into serving dishes and let it cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
