- 3 Ripe Bananas mashed
- ½ cup Sugar
- ¼ cup Plant-Based Milk
- ¼ cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 ½ cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Chopped Walnuts
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas, sugar, plant-based milk, oil, and vanilla extract.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to the banana mixture and stir until just combined. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for about 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
