  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts (walnuts or almonds)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch salt

Instructions 

  1. In a pot, combine oats, almond milk, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in mashed banana, nuts, maple syrup, and cinnamon.
  4. Cook for another minute, then serve warm.
