- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 banana sliced
- 2 tablespoon chopped nuts walnuts or pecans
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional
1. In a mason jar or container, combine the oats, almond milk, chia seeds, and maple syrup (if using).
2. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
3. Add the sliced banana and chopped nuts on top.
4. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
5. In the morning, give it a good stir and enjoy!
