  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add almond milk and vegetable oil. Stir until combined.
  3. Fold in mashed banana and chopped nuts.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup batter for each pancake.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
