  • 2 cups Rolled oats
  • 2 Bananas ripe
  • 1 cup Almond milk or any plant-based milk
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Blend oats in a blender until they become a fine flour.
  2. 2. Add bananas, almond milk, maple syrup, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt to the blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour batter onto the pan to form pancakes.
  4. 4. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  5. 5. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
