- 3 ripe bananas mashed
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup flour
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
In another bowl, mix the rolled oats, flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
