  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas.
  3. Add the oats, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool before serving.
