Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a blender, combine oats, bananas, almond milk, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add baking powder, baking soda, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Blend again until well mixed.
  4. Pour the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let cool before serving.
