  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 ripe bananas medium-sized
  • 1 cup plant-based milk such as almond or soy milk
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Add the rolled oats to a blender and blend until they form a fine flour.
  2. 2. Add the bananas, plant-based milk, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt to the blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of the batter onto the pan for each pancake.
  4. 4. Cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancakes, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
  5. 5. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
