- 2 cups Pumpkin puree
- 2 large Bananas ripe
- 1 cup Coconut yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1. In a blender, combine pumpkin puree, bananas, coconut yogurt, cinnamon, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into parfait glasses and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
3. Garnish with additional banana slices or a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
