Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block Extra Firm Tofu pressed and drained
  • 1 cup Barbecue Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Cut the tofu into thick slices.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4. Brush the tofu slices with the olive oil mixture.
  5. 5. Place the tofu slices on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until grill marks appear.
  6. 6. Brush the tofu with barbecue sauce and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes on each side.
  7. 7. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
