Ribs
- 2 cups Vital Wheat Gluten
- 1 cup Vegetable Broth
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 cup Barbecue Sauce
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the vital wheat gluten, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Add the vegetable broth and soy sauce to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for a few minutes until it becomes elastic.
Shape the dough into a rectangle and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven, brush with barbecue sauce, and bake for another 15 minutes.
Let the ribs cool slightly before slicing and serving.
