  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Vegan butter Cold and cubed
  • ¾ cup Non-dairy milk Cold

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cut in the vegan butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Gradually add the non-dairy milk, stirring until just combined.
  5. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently.
  6. Roll out the dough to about ½ inch thickness and cut into biscuits.
  7. Place the biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
