Ingredients 

Burger Ingredients

  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, mash the black beans with a fork until mostly smooth.
  2. 2. Add the breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  4. 4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  5. 5. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
