Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Potatoes peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Peel and cut potatoes into chunks.
  2. 2. Boil potatoes in a pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. 3. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
  4. 4. Add almond milk and olive oil.
  5. 5. Mash the potatoes until smooth and creamy.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
