A simple and delicious vegan basil vinaigrette.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Fresh basil leaves packed
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
